Beers with Peers Tap Talks is a group for professionals in information technology and digital transformation of business, or anyone interested in a career in technology to get together for good company and conversation. Mostly we talk information technology but sometimes we talk marketing technology / craft breweries / other fun events. Please come and relax a bit after work with us. Beers with Peers Tap Talks is a lot of easygoing fun and a great place to meet peers in the industry and make new connections!
Technology includes a wide array of specialties – all are welcome! Infrastructure * Software * Data * Cloud * Creative (SEO – Graphic Design – Marketing) * Business Liaison (Project Management, Business Analysts, Product Manager, Scrum Master), the list goes on!
Beers with Peers meets bi-monthly at a different exceptional craft brewery located in SE Wisconsin. It is an evening of casual networking, an informative Tap Talk, free craft beer and excellent food. Your registration signs you up to enter a drawing for raffle prizes. Your first two drinks are free with your registration!

THE FOUNDER
Dave Woodward
Dave is a beer lover, constant networker and connector of colleagues and friends, tech and gadget geek, and even ran sound and lighting for a country rock band in the late 70’s. Prior to formally founding Beers with Peers Tap Talks in late 2022, Dave organized and hosted dozens of IT focused peer networking events and executive briefings while working as an enterprise account executive at several well-known technology companies. Over the years, Dave has built a large personal network made up of current and past clients, friends, and technology partners whose participation and financial support of Beers with Peers has been key to finding excellent Tap Talk speakers and sponsors which led to great event attendance, new members and even more awesome sponsors!
Dave is a past VP of Programming and board member of the Wisconsin Technology Association and a huge supporter of SummerFest Tech, the MKE Tech Hub, and the UW E-Business Consortium.
