Beers with Peers started with a simple concept, no fee to attend, quality speakers and relevant topics, and LOTS of time for networking with tech industry peers. All made possible by a growing group of amazing sponsors! We’d love to hear from you!
Sponsorship FAQ
How do I become a sponsor?
Our 2023 events ranged in cost from $2100 to $2800. These costs included food, 2 drink tickets per attendee, venue rental, gratuity, AV equipment where needed, and taxes.
How many people attend typically?
We averaged 65 attendees per event in 2023.
Are there any additional costs?
For the 2024 Beers with Peers Tap Talks events, sponsorship will also require a $300 payment to BeerswithPeers.org to cover event planning, marketing, management, and AV equipment rental.
Are sponsor staff needed at the events?
Yes, sponsors need to provide 1-3 individuals to run the check-in desk from 4:00 – 5:30 to confirm attendee registration and hand out name badges, drink tickets, and raffle tickets.
How long do sponsors get for their “Tap Talk”?
